General Terms and Conditions

General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “GTC”) of Ruterra Apartment s.r.o. Company ID No .: 036 28 264, Wenzigova 1859/15, Prague (hereinafter referred to as the “Travel Agent”) for arranging the payment of the accommodation and additional services including but not limited to shuttle and catering services.

These Terms and Conditions are valid for arranging the payment for the accommodation, shuttle, catering and other services (or “services”) between companies providing these services and persons who reserved accommodation, shuttle, catering or other services (hereinafter referred to as “Client”).

  1. Client

1.1. The Client undertakes to pay to the Intermediary the amount displayed in the confirmation of his reservation excluding the fee for extra people, which will be displayed to a Client in a written form before completing a reservation. The Client undertakes to immediately check the accuracy of the booking confirmation sent to him, in particular the number of accommodated persons and the number of days and to inform the Intermediary of any incorrect data contained in it. The communication of incorrect data must follow immediately.

1.2. The Client will be charged a prepayment of  50% of the total price after completing reservation. The rest 50% will be paid upon arrival in cash or with a credit card together with a fee for additional people. If the Client specifically asks or grants Travel Agent permission to charge more than 50% of the total costs, Travel Agent is eligible for charging that amount.

1.3. The Client will be charged 50% of the total price if cancellation is made after reservation is complete up to 7 days prior to the check-in day. The total price will be charged if the Client cancels the reservation 7 days or less prior to check-in date.

1.3.1. The Client expressly agrees that reservations for the period of Christmas and New Year’ Eve, more specifically, all reservations, which include any dates from the 21st of December till the 2nd of January of any year, are non-refundable and 100% of the reservation price, excluding fee for extra persons, will be charged from the Client’s credit card once the reservation is complete.

  1. Travel Agent

2.1. The Travel Agent undertakes to mediate the collection of the cost of accommodation, shuttle, catering and other services or fees associated with the Client’s stay in the Czech Republic.

  1. Final arrangements

The parties expressly agree that the GBC and all relations arising therefrom are governed exclusively by the Czech legal order, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll., The Civil Code, as amended. In the event that any provision becomes invalid or found invalid, the other provisions shall remain in force. The Contracting Parties undertake to replace the provisions corresponding to the legal order of the Czech Republic.

Disputes arising out of and in connection with the Partial Agreement shall be finally settled by the Arbitration Court attached to the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic and the Agrarian Chamber of the Czech Republic according to its Rules and Rules by three arbitrators.

These General Terms and Conditions come into effect on 1 January 2019.

 

House Rules

– According to the Czech law, every foreigner has to report his stay in the Czech republic and we can help you with this! You will only need to fill an online form and we will do the rest for you (it’s the same kind of form like in a hotel).

– According to the Czech Law each person, who comes to Prague has to pay city tax if the purpose of stay is recreation or healing. The tax has to be paid for every person, accommodated with the Client. People under 18 or over 70 years old are not obliged to pay this tax.

– Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. This is a strict rule and those, who do not respect this rule will be fined 40 EUR.

– The apartment shall be left in the same condition as it was upon arrival.

– Night quiet hours have to be respected in the apartment, hallways and other common areas in the house after 22:00 and before 6:00 AM.
